Born Ji Lan Ji, known professionally as Kitty Noir, is a Chinese-American singer/songwriter from Newport Beach, CA. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, her single "Never Go Back" went viral striking the hearts of thousands of healthcare workers across the globe. Kitty Noir began taking vocal lessons at an early age, developing a passion for singing. Growing a local Los Angeles based fanbase, performing at local nightclubs and open mics across L.A. and Orange County, even as far as San Diego and Hawaii. Her first fully independent EP, "Fly" was released in January of 2023.
